Here is the page for May to show you. This one has used the Bella Blue DSP which is very pretty. I do love blues! The gorgeous little ‘Warm Words’ stamp set is unfortunately retiring. It has been a well used favourite as it fits just perfectly onto the large oval punch. But there are so many beautiful new stamp sets in the new catalogue to replace the old faves… limiting the buying is going to be hard!!!
I also love the torn paper flower on this one. It is really simple and you can make them any size you like depending on your project. I just cut a square of paper for each of the three layers and make them approx 2 cm larger each layer (hope that makes sense!). That gives a guide as you tear the circle shape out. Then I separate the card stock around the edges so it looks like you have two layers of each colour, and roll it in a little to give it extra texture and dimension. Repeat for each layer, and then use whatever accessories you have to put in the centre. I have used a jumbo eyelet on this one, but you could use brads or ribbons/threads instead. They also look great on gift bags or wrapped presents – I love them!
Thanks for popping by to check out my work!
